At Hudlajf d.o.o. (hereinafter: controller or Hudlajf) we are aware of the importance of adequate protection of personal data and its lawful processing. For this reason, we have adopted the following Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies to visitors (hereinafter: visitors or individuals) of the website www.hudlajf.com (hereinafter: website).

Protection of personal data

Hudlajf respects the privacy of visitors and processes and protects the personal data of visitors in accordance with Slovenian and European legislation. Hudlajf will use the personal data of visitors for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected with the contact form on the website of Hudlajf are processed by Hudlajf on the basis of the voluntary consent of the individual.

  • sending electronic notifications (news),
  • sending electronic invitations to Hudlajf events,

Unsubscribing from the newsletter is possible each time an e-mail newsletter is received by clicking on the link located in the e-mail newsletter itself or at any time via e-mail sent to info@hudlajf.com.

Hudlajf collects and processes personal data based on the legitimate interests it pursues. Hudlajf may process personal data collected on the basis of legitimate interests for the following purposes:

  • The right of access — Individual, to whom the personal data relates to, has the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed.
  • The right to rectification — Individual, to whom the personal data relates to, has the right to request the controller to rectify any inaccurate personal data concerning him or her and to complete any incomplete personal data.
  • The right to erasure — Individual, to whom the personal data relates to, has the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay and the controller shall have the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay when certain conditions are met.
  • The right to restriction of processing — Individual, to whom the personal data relates to, has the right to obtain from the controller restriction of processing in certain cases.
  • The right to data portability — Individual, to whom the personal data relates to, has the right to receive personal data concerning him or her in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
  • The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — Individual, to whom the personal data relates to, may file a complaint regarding the processing of his or her personal data directly with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.

Users of personal data

Users of personal data are employees of Hudlajf and contractual processors of personal data (e.g. external e-mail providers, server hosting providers).

Analytics and local storage

This website uses PostHog for analytics, hosted on EU servers (eu.i.posthog.com). PostHog does not set cookies. Instead, it uses browser localStorage for anonymous session tracking.

The following localStorage entries may be created:

  • Keys prefixed with ph_ — used by PostHog for anonymous visitor identification and session tracking.
  • theme — stores your dark/light mode preference.

No data is transferred outside the European Union. Visitors can clear localStorage at any time through their browser settings.
