About
We build voice-first software that replaces manual data entry with AI-powered voice commands and document scanning.

Our story
Hudlajf started as a 16-person development company generating €300,000 per year. Founder Luka built voice-controlled automation and AI-powered document processing tools — then used them on his own company. The result: a solo practice generating €200,000 per year, powered by the same tools he now builds for clients.
That transition is the proof point. The tools aren’t theoretical — they’ve been battle-tested in a real business. Every feature we build for clients, we’ve used ourselves first. Voice data entry, OCR document scanning, automated workflows — all proven in production.
Today, Hudlajf serves clients across healthcare, logistics, finance, construction, and real estate. We specialize in the unsexy but critical work: eliminating the manual data entry that costs small and medium businesses 10-20 hours per week.

Our principles
01
Zero Training
The best interface is the one your team already knows — their voice. No software training, no complex menus, no onboarding sessions. A clinic in Ljubljana had their receptionists using our system on day one.
02
Accuracy First
Our OCR pipeline achieves 98.7% accuracy on financial documents in production — not a lab number. The remaining 1.3% gets flagged for human review rather than silently posting errors. You end up with higher accuracy than manual entry.
03
EU Data Sovereignty
All data processed and stored within the EU on Hetzner infrastructure. GDPR compliant by design. No data leaves the European Union. For clients in healthcare, finance, and legal — this is non-negotiable, and we built for it from day one.
04
Battle-Tested
Every tool we build for clients, we used on our own business first. The founder streamlined a 16-person company into a solo practice using these exact tools. The architecture has been proven in production, not just pitched in proposals.
